Had Sarsons install a Heat Pump in our townhouse in Osoyoos at the end of the 2018 summer season. Now that we have had time to really test it out, we couldn’t be happier with our choice which was Daikin. Their suggestion of the proper locations for the 2 inside units was right on. The installation was done very well and on the time schedule, they stated. The woman at the front counter was very friendly and helpful including getting us our rebate from Fortus ……… so THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!
